Committee on Dispatch of Business

At each Annual Convention the Bishop shall appoint a Committee on Dispatch of Business to consist of two members of the Clergy, two lay persons who shall be members of the Convention and the Secretary of Convention. The chair shall be designated by the Bishop.

Dispatch of Business Members

The Committee shall consist of five people (2 lay, 2 clerics and Convention Secretary) appointed by the Bishop to serve until the Bishop appoints their successor.
