CDRD SUMMER READ & LEARN VIRTUAL SERIES

Join us this summer to read and discuss Black and Episcopalian: The Struggle for Inclusion. The Rev. Fisher-Steward shares with us a straight-forward and honest discussion of the experiences of Black Episcopalians in our faith through the eyes of a woman priest who is Black and Episcopalian. She asks: Do I “have to leave who I am at the door to worship and to lead worship in an Episcopal space?”
Her writing will help us to understand ourselves better, look inside our congregations and inform our work to dismantle racism and discrimination into the future.
