Commission on Ministry

The Commission on Ministry is made up of clergy and laity and is charged with assisting the Bishop in:

  • Determination of present and future needs for ministry.
  • Recruitment, selection and oversight of persons seeking ordination.
  • Guidance and pastoral care of clergy and lay persons accountable to the Bishop.
  • Promotion of continuing education of clergy and lay professionals employed by the Church.
  • Development, training, utilization and affirmation of the ministry of the laity in the world.
