The Rev. Canon Jerre Feagin has announced his “second retirement,” effective mid-to-late February 2017. Jerre has served almost 39 of his 43 years as a priest in our Diocese at Good Shepherd, Buffalo, Calvary, Williamsville, St. Peter’s, Eggertsville, St. Mark’s, North Tonawanda and St. Matthias’, East Aurora.
For the past four years Canon Feagin has served as the Bishop’s Assistant for Congregational support. Together with his team, he has advised and assisted more than 40 congregations.
He and his wife, Amy, have served as chaplains to retired clergy.
We wish Jerre and Amy well as they start their new life in Colorado. They will be living near Jerre’s daughter and his grandchildren.
